I am so sick of not having a scanner.  It's killing me.  I was supposed to get one for Christmas (a really nice one, too), but it was backordered and they never got it back in stock.  Now, I keep looking for it to go on sale on Tiger Direct, and it just won't, because it hates me. *mopes* Send me pity!

So, I have an old Polaroid Sun 600 that belonged to my grandfather.  This camera is literally as old as I am, but it has a lot of sentimental value.  I have no film for it, and I went online looking for places to get it cheap (my boyfriend's sister is a photographer, and she says you can buy it cheap from places like China).  While I was searching, I came across the Impossible Project - a very small group, currently consisting of 25 former Polaroid film specialists.  They're working on creating new instant films for Polaroid cameras to keep Polaroids alive.
